This Hoshizaki IM-240WPE-E-23 is an EliteCUBE variant of a Cuber, Self Contained producing up to 190 kg of the world-famous Hoshizaki ice cubes (Medium cubes - 23) per 24 hours. The dimensions of this model are mm without legs.

TOP-TIER HYGIENE AND FLEXIBILITY WITH INTEGRATED UV SANITIZATION AND A BUILT-IN DRAIN PUMP.

The EliteCUBE combines all the features of the Cube model, along with added enhancements for optimized hygiene and extended flexibility.

It is equipped with Hoshizaki’s innovative UV cleaning mechanism using UV-light flashes to inhibit harmful contamination of the water tank and standing water, ensuring even safer and cleaner ice.

Additionally, EliteCUBE models come with an integrated drain pump, enabling flexible placement of the ice maker, regardless of drain position or height. Thanks to this, project owners can rearrange existing kitchen and bar setups, within a distance of 10 meters and a height of 1.5 meters.
