Thanks to intelligent IFR technology, operators can choose between time-, temperature-, or probe-controlled chilling/freezing cycles. With a chilling capacity (from +70°C to +3°C in 90min) of 120 kg and a freezing capacity (from +70°C to -18°C in 4 hours) of 60 kg, the PREMIER KPS supports consistent, HACCP-compliant food safety across all operations.

INTUITIVE USER INTERFACE

The 7″ touch display with color icons makes programming and operation easy for every user. Up to 10 favorite cycles can be stored and recalled, while the integrated USB port allows for quick log downloads and firmware updates.

EASY CLEANING & FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION

The right-hinged, self-closing 90° door, smooth stainless-steel surfaces, and removable wire racks (1/1 GN, 2/1 GN and/or EN 600×400 mm) allow for fast and hygienic cleaning. Designed to meet the strictest hygiene standards in professional kitchens.
