The beer-to-head ratio can be adjusted to different types of beer or to meet local preferences. The system has a flow rate of 35 ml/s (~1.2 bar, 10m hose) consecutively, without downtime.
INCREASE REVENUE
Until the beer is poured, no additional attention is required. This creates time for additional tasks such as; processing payments, preparing orders or to clean up. The BEERMATIC is a great tool for cost control. Portions can be controlled accurately, without spillage of beer and/ or the head of the beer. Waste of draft beer is generally estimated to be as high as 20% per keg (Reference 1)
