Sustainable
The refrigerant used in all Snowflake GII+ models is R290. This agent is a natural gas that enhances the performance of the refrigerated counter and has, compared to other refrigerants, a minimal ozone depletion potential.
Material
Both interior and exterior of the refrigerated cabinet are built of nickel-free (non-allergic) stainless steel, which is among the best choices for hygienic and food-safe cooking environments.
Smart Use of Space
Making the best possible use of limited space conditions is a common challenge in kitchen design. The evaporator is positioned on top of the cabinet, so valuable space inside the cabinet can be used for storage.
The condensation tray is not positioned on the back of the cabinet, but on top of it. This clever design allows you to move the cabinet closer to the back wall which gives you an additional 5 cm of your valuable operational area.
Energy Efficiency
The double insulated and extra wide door gaskets help to keep the cold air inside the cabinet, which is an important factor for device efficiency. The Ecodesign AEC Energy consumption is 548.
Convenience and Ergonomics
The SUR-65EG-R-C-U has self-closing doors, which close automatically when open in an angle of less than 90 degrees. Additionally, they offer maximum flexibility as they are fully reversible. an anti-tilt mechanism with molded liners helps with the safer container and rooster handling. The GN shelf size of the SUR-65EG-R-C-U is 2/1 GN deep. With sound levels of 54.0000 dB(A) the SUR-65EG-R-C-U adds to a comfortable work environment for your staff.
Easy Cleaning & Maintenance
The Snowflake GII+ refrigeration system uses a mono-block construction that is removable for easier maintenance and repair. The removable gaskets make sure that can clean the device thoroughly. This and other thoughtful extras, such as the cleaning-free condenser, are designed to reduce kitchen cleaning times whilst storing foods protectively in the best possible way.
