For over 100 years, the bakery Wöbse has stood by a successful baking tradition.
Torsten Wöbse and his wife Astrid have been leading the successful family run business – into the fourth generation since 1996.

Torsten Wöbse and his wife took over the business from his parents January 1st 1996. Torsten Wöbse is mainly concerned with planning the daily business and setting the direction for the future development of the bakery.

The GRAM Prover is an important part of the production chain to bring the bakery products to completion. The touch display controller is very easy to use. It provides eight standard programs for easy startup or the baker can modify or create own programs. Clear overview of process status.
