Blast Chiller /Freezer - Remote From Oven to Blast Chiller The KPS 90 is designed to accept standard oven trolleys used by many manufacturers e.g Rational, Houno and Convotherm. The oven trolley can be rolled from teh oven into the blast chiller. The oven rack is enclosed in the cabinet while the underframe with drip tray and castors neatly slides under the cabinet. The cabinet is delievered with a right hand hinged door with replaceable door gasket. Equipped with right hand hinged door with positive handle and lock. Chilling capacity: 90kg from +70°c to +3°c in 90 minutes
