I am pleased to announce, that effective 1st July 2020, Hoshizaki Europe BV and Gram Commercial A/S will commence the second and the final phase of the integration of the 2 companies. The new company name will be Hoshizaki Europe BV.

The first phase of the integration started back in January 2017 by merging sales and marketing functions in all European offices. With a strong focus on streamlining all customer-facing functions, we created a more customer-focused and customer-friendly organisation which accommodates the entire product portfolio of both Hoshizaki and Gram, ranging from Freezers and Refrigerators to Counters, Ice Makers, Sashimi merchandisers and Dispensers with endless configuration possibilities.

With the second and final stage, the focus is placed on integrating and streamlining all internal processes between sales and manufacturing functions. Manufacturing and development functions, traditionally factory-bound, will be integrated seamlessly to build a fully integrated value chain.

Building smooth synergies within our internal processes is the key driver in securing the quality of our operations and in becoming more efficient on all levels. And this will enable us to provide customer support, that is even more responsive and to innovate product offerings even closer to the requirements of our customers.

With the combination of Gram’s innovative approach to cold solutions, along with the Hoshizaki leadership position in ice-making technology, the two brands continuously provide increased value and strengthen each other’s position in common industries and regions.

All staff at the new organization are ready to work with you hard with an ambitious goal to become the leading and most recommended supplier of energy-efficient, environmentally friendly refrigeration, as well as sustainable ice makers for commercial applications.
