The Gram controller facilitates the precise setting of time and temperature throughout the whole cycle, including air humidity control in the retarding and proving phases. Equipped with right hand hinged reversible door with lock, automatic door closing, pedal door opener, dry cooling. 25 sets of adjustable trayslides (46x61 cm)
