Gram was founded in 1901 by Hans Gram as a machine factory and electrical installation firm; it wasn’t until 7 years later that they began manufacturing refrigeration equipment that was designed for use in the dairy industry.
Since those early days, Gram has expanded its operation hugely to become a major manufacturer at the forefront of the European foodservice equipment market which targets commercial kitchen operations in restaurants, bars, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, child care, and the educational sector. Also, generations of bakers are choosing Gram bakery refrigeration.
