The Hoshizaki PREMIER is a series of heavy-duty cabinets for energy-efficient refrigeration (Climate Class 5 (max. ambient 40°C w/ 40% RH)), catering to the needs of gastronomic perfectionists. The durable design with solid door hinges, stable stainless steel, and flawless finish is built to withstand the most demanding kitchen operations. The low-height PREMIER cabinets are customizable with castors instead of legs to easily fit into low-ceiling environments, yet convince with a surprisingly high internal volume. The Premier U 140 U Ru1 is a Double door Refrigerator/Freezer 'U' type with RU1 valve for remote cooling system with a net internal volume of [[att_volumeNet|0|none|.|none|]] l.
