FOOD SAFETY WITH AUTOMATIC OPERATION

The chilling cycle starts automatically when food is loaded, then switches to storage mode once complete. Audio-visual alarms provide instant alerts for power loss or temperature deviations. A built-in drip tray and automatic defrost ensure safe, clean operation at all times.

 

CONSISTENT RESULTS & PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Delivers chilling capacity (from +70°C to +3°C in 90min) of 18 kg and freezing capacity (from +70°C to -18°C in 4 hours) of 10 kg. Hard and Soft Chill modes suit different food types, from delicate to dense. A single-point probe ensures accurate core temperature monitoring.

 

SIMPLE INTERFACE & DATA ACCESS

The digital control panel with segment display offers quick navigation. A built-in USB port enables fast export of temperature logs for compliance and analysis.

 

EASY CLEANING & HYGIENIC DESIGN

Durable stainless steel surfaces, rounded internal corners, and removable shelf supports and door gaskets allow for fast, thorough cleaning. Internal fan and evaporator components are accessible for full maintenance. The integrated condensate tray supports clean and food safe operation.
